COUNTDOWN TO ADVENTURE #1

Lot of cooks on that broth. Still, Adam Strange is fun to read, and so is Animal Man, so hopefully the writers will do a good job with this.

ACTION COMICS

You know, as much as I want this title to get back on track, I have to say that having three issues ship in one month is a bit excessive, with a weekly series, two issues of an event, and a five-week event going on at the same time.

QUOTE
WONDER WOMAN #12
Written by J. Torres, art by Paco Diaz, cover by Terry Dodson and Rachel Dodson.

Getting closer and closer to Gail Simone's debut on the title.

ALL-NEW BOOSTER GOLD #1

I'm definitely picking this up, but did it really need the "All New" as part of the title? It almost made sense with Atom, since that's a different Atom, but this is the same Booster Gold.

QUOTE
BLACK ADAM: THE DARK AGE #1

Definitely getting this, ugly cover aside.

QUOTE
52 AFTERMATH: THE FOUR HORSEMEN

I'm not sure we really need a one-shot like this. Still, I'll probably pick it up.

QUOTE
OUTSIDERS: FIVE OF A KIND -- WEEK 1: NIGHTWING/BOOMERANG

A five-week event based on Batman choosing between two different possible members of the team? I'll pass. Especially when it seems very unlikely he'd opt to exclude Nightwing. Frankly, though, I suspect with all the line-up changes that DC editorial doesn't know what to do with the Outsiders right now.
Slovman
That would seem to imply that DC editorial knew what to do with Outsiders to begin with. wink.gif

You make a valid point.
