Let's look at this logically...

1 - Grandparents (and parents) hate it when children sniffle.

2 - Grandparents ALWAYS have a tissue or handkercheif.

3 - Grandparents will forcibly make a grandchild blow their nose without any regard for embarrasment of said grandchild.

Therefore, Granny wins, by making sniffles blow his nose.

I just always remember Sniffles being annoying as heck. I'll take Granny.

Granny kicks ass.
