Love Is A Burning Thing
And It Makes A Fiery Ring
Bound By Wild Desire
I Fell Into A Ring Of Fire

I Fell Into A Burning Ring Of Fire
I Went Down, Down, Down
And The Flames Went Higher

And It Burns, Burns, Burns
The Ring Of Fire
The Ring Of Fire

I Fell Into A Burning Ring Of Fire
I Went Down, Down, Down
And The Flames Went Higher

And It Burns, Burns, Burns
The Ring Of Fire
The Ring Of Fire

The Taste Of Love Is Sweet
When Hearts Like Ours Meet
I Fell For You Like A Child
Oh, But The Fire Went Wild

I Fell Into A Burning Ring Of Fire
I Went Down, Down, Down
And The Flames Went Higher

And It Burns, Burns, Burns
The Ring Of Fire
The Ring Of Fire

I Fell Into A Burning Ring Of Fire
I Went Down, Down, Down
And The Flames Went Higher

And It Burns, Burns, Burns
The Ring Of Fire
The Ring Of Fire

And It Burns, Burns, Burns
The Ring Of Fire
The Ring Of Fire
The Ring Of Fire

London calling to the faraway towns
Now war is declared, and battle come down
London calling to the underworld
Come out of the cupboard, you boys and girls
London calling, now don't look to us
Phoney Beatlemania has bitten the dust
London calling, see we ain't got no swing
'Cept for the ring of that truncheon thing

The ice age is coming, the sun's zooming in
Meltdown expected, the wheat is growing thin
Engines stop running, but I have no fear
'Cause London is drowning, and I live by the river

London calling to the imitation zone
Forget it, brother, you can go it alone
London calling to the zombies of death
Quit holding out, and draw another breath
London calling, and I don't wanna shout
But when we were talking, I saw you nodding out
London calling, see we ain't got no high
Except for that one with the yellowy eyes

The ice age is coming, the sun's zooming in
Engines stop running, the wheat is growing thin
A nuclear era, but I have no fear
'Cause London is drowning, and I live by the river

The ice age is coming, the sun's zooming in
Engines stop running, the wheat is growing thin
A nuclear era, but I have no fear
'Cause London is drowning, and I live by the river

Now get this

London calling, yes, I was there, too
An' you know what they said? Well, some of it was true!
London calling at the top of the dial
After all this, won't you give me a smile?
London calling

I never felt so much alike... alike alike alike...
IJIT
Ring of fire is my choice.
retro22
Clash gets my vote, due to reminders of a certain female, although i like ring of fire also.
GelfOgre
I'll take the politico/socio masterpiece over a song about hemorrhoids any time.
KilljoyBob
"London Calling" got my vote.
Oogie
Cash is money for me.
Chaomancer Omega
Hmm... Cash or Clash, Cash or Clash... in a narrow decision, I'm going with the Clash.
HollowScream
Goin with Cash here. I like that song, and it reminds of a fun D&D session with Trebor and others.
TheRidge
Both are good songs but Ring of Fire reminds me of a romantic weekend I spent with a girl named Stephanie. Oh the fun times we had together. It was a shame when they had to cull her entire herd because of foot and mouth. I loved that Cow.

Anyway where was I? Oh yes Ring of Fire good song. Though whilst I like the Clash I prefer some of their other hits to this one. But then that'll probably just be me. wink.gif
KilljoyBob
blink.gif Wow, that's a new level of weird, Ridge.
HollowScream
Doesn't seem out of place at all to me.
Chaomancer Omega
Filthy bovaphile...
Trebor
Which one?
Chaomancer Omega
Both of them. And probably you too.
Soylent Daveage
Ring of fire reminds me too much of too many bad curry jokes... Plus I really like The Clash. So I'm going with London Calling...
