Battle of the 80s Rock Songs

The seventh battle to run in the Grand Battle of Songs, the Battle of the 80s Rock Songs featured, as one might expect, 32 rock and pop songs from 1980 to 1989. It is notable for being one of the few battles to actually gain voters as it went on.

The top four songs, in order:

1. I Love Rock 'N' Roll, by Joan Jett and the Blackhearts
2. Bad to the Bone, by George Thorogood and the Destroyers
3. Thriller, by Michael Jackson
4. Hit Me With Your Best Shot, by Pat Benatar
