Sometimes a McCrea Award is very specific. In this case, the only winner of Best Fogs could be Fogs himself, despite, perhaps, the best attempts of a certain Thunder Gawd. But it was Thor665 himself, Fogs' frequent tormentor/admirer (at least, while Fogs is wearing a Bunny Suit), who awarded the McCrea to Fogs.
