Bob Vila is a carpenter who hosts a show on television, and has somehow become one of those figures viewed by Hallsians as being inherently funny. He made his first significant appearance on the Halls during the Battle to End All Battles III where he was a contestant entering with a Magnetic Glass Dildo. As the rules of the contest were that any match ending in a tie moved both contestants on in a combined form, he soon acquired a Sharpee, and then began merging with all sorts of other entities to form Nessamari Villacy, the eventual winner.
With Bob's peculiar popularity, talent, and Dildo, it was perhaps inevitable that he would eventually be brought into the FUSUD. This inevitability came to pass when he was drafted by the Midnight Falls Nightmare.
