Cactuars

A race of humanoid cacti, the cactuars were made famous in the Final Fantasy series of games. Hallsians had to contend with them when they attacked the Battlestar Imbalance during the Battle to End All Battles III. Soon thereafter, they became the honor guard to the new Celestial Referees.
