Captain Family Values started out modestly in the Halls, seeming to be a ultra-conservative Captain America imitator that condemned the deviant actions of the Hallsians. But he was soon found to be hypocrite, hiding his own homosexuality and pedophilia. In the past, he had taken on young boys to be his sidekick named Lucky, and has at times recruited different Hallsians to be the new Lucky, including Thor665. When Thor became Lucky, it caused TheRidge to channel Rick Jones's jealousy and murder Thor665.
During Back to the Future Week, CFV was replaced by a future version of himself, Colonel Family Values, and led a unit called the CFV Legionnaires. The Legionnaires claimed to fight KJBots in memory of Stove. The KJBot convinced a violence-starved Aaronc3477 to attack the Brigade, and all but one of them were killed.
He swung his Anti-Hippy Shield in the FUSUD for the Ridge City Badgers, but went an amazing 0 for 6. He was, perhaps to keep him from somehow managing to embarrass himself even more, ousted from the league in the second season. Curiously, local hardware stores noted a sudden increase in sales of tar and feathers immediately prior to this ousting.
Shortly after being retired from the FUSUD, CFV claimed to have been promoted to the rank of Major. Since it's doubtful that this deviant actually works for any self-respecting military organization, it is far more likely he "promoted" himself. There's no telling whether this change in rank will last.
