A Big Battle is a Battle in which there are 128 items in the Battle, as opposed to the usual 64. A Big Battle is usually only run by a veteran Battle-organizer, as they can be a lot of work to organize and run. Also, the sheer size of them mandates that, at the very least, the first round be split among two weeks in order to make it feasible for people to see and participate in all the polls.
