Celibans

A race of yellow-skinned aliens, the Celibans are the male counterparts of the Promisciians, completely celibate and uninterested in sex. They also have incredible mental powers. Their leader is known as Screaming Tree Sloth of the Twelfth Celibate Wind, but he goes by Toglevey for short.

The crew of the USS Imbalance met the Celibans during the Unoriginal Sin mission. Toglevey was disgusted with the overt sexuality of the Hallsians and demanded that Commander KilljoyBob help get rid of a monsterous beast that had been attacking the Celibans. The Hallsians have had no contact with the Celibans since then.
