Citizen

Citizens are members of the Halls who have been around for a short while, but have not yet achieved Hallsian status. They are no longer Neophytes, but do not yet have the 200 posts necessary to be viewed as a member who is likely to stick around and participate in all of the various nonsense that transpires on the Halls. Some sections of the site may be closed to Citizens, though all important sections are open to them.
