An evil terrorist organization in the G.I. Joe cartoon. Led by Cobra Commander, the group is dedicated to taking over the world, or at least creating chaos in order to make money off of it. Their plans are always foiled by the G.I. Joe team. Besides Cobra Commander, other prominant members include Destro, Baroness and the mercenary Zartan.
