Collegetown

One of the three original Midtowns, Collegetown was located near the now-disbanded University of the Halls. It was most famously home to Gelf's Tavern but also housed most of Halls Isle's restaurants and fast food joints. Collegetown was disbanded soon after the University was, but a few of its shops still exist in Stovehaven.
