Countdown to Infinite Crisis

Starting off as an 80-page one-shot title published by DC Comics that set the stage for the mega-event Infinite Crisis, this book infamously ended with the brutal murder of Blue Beetle. The "Countdown" label was then applied to five miniseries: The OMAC Project, Day of Vengeance, Villains United, Rann-Thanagar War, and the Return of Donna Troy. Each miniseries helped set the stage for the looming Crisis with varying degrees of success.
