While some badges are easy to get for most regular Hallsians, acquiring a LOT of them is a bit more difficult. You've got to be truly dedicated and have little to nothing going on in your real life in order to get more than a handful. But the folks wearing this badge have earned more than TEN badges, displaying a level of commitment to the Halls that's...well, kinda weird.
