Fables

Written by Bill Willingham, Fables is a comic book series produced by the Vertigo division of DC Comics. In Fables, all the fairy-tale characters of the world are real and live in an isolated town, where Snow White is the mayor. The series is sometimes dark and twisted, and plot arcs can last multiple issues.

Fables is the three-time winner of the McCrea Award for Best Indy Title, winning from 2004-2006.
