Guy Gardner

Rude, gruff, and sometimes just plain obnoxious, Guy Gardner was selected as a potential replacement for Hal Jordan when Jordan was injured. Eventually becoming a Green Lantern himself, Guy served with competence, if not always with respect. When he lost his power ring after Hal Jordan destroyed the Green Lantern Corps, he was infected with Vuldarian DNA, gaining the ability to transform his body into weaponry, as "Warrior". During this time, he also founded a bar under the name "Warriors", which houses superhero and Green Lantern memorabilia.

Guy Gardner's Vuldarian powers were removed during Green Lantern: Rebirth, and he was given a new power ring. Soon after, he was made part of the Honor Guard of the Green Lantern Corps.
