Debuting on NBC in 2006, Heroes is the story about numerous people around the world simultaneously discovering they have superpowers. Characters range from Nathan Petrelli, a would-be senator who can fly, to Niki Sanders, a housewife whose alter-ego Jessica has incredible strength, to Hiro Nakamura, an unashamed fanboy who has the ability to control time and space.

The series was an instant hit both on the Halls and at large, and was the winner of the 2006 Best TV Show McCrea Award.
