As the creator of the Chao Masters Thread, Hurricane holds a most unique place among the banned members of the Halls. Not only did the thread he started become arguably the most legendary thread in Halls history, he also is unwittingly responsible for countless inside jokes and running gags that Hallsians continue more than two years later.

Characterized largely by his abysmal spelling and grammar, Hurricane's apparent lack of understanding of how internet forums work also led to his claim that he "owned this site." Moderators quickly changed his title to "Does Not Own This Site. Might Own A Paper Clip." and his avatar to President George W. Bush with a particularly perplexed expression on his face. Hurricane began to lose all grip on reality at this point, frequently quoting his own posts and apologizing with a pathetic "sry." Eventually, apology gave way to profanity, and the few words Hurricane managed to spell right were the very same ones that got him banned.

Regardless, Hurricane's contributions will not soon be forgotten. Not only is Chao Masters Day celebrated every year, but there's even a Hurricane Street on Halls Isle.
