Information Minister

The Iraqi Information Minister occasionally shows up to sow completely erroneous information to the Hallsians. Nobody knows why, possibly including him. But he's always very adamant about whatever falsehoods he is currently spreading.

The Minister has not been seen in some time. It has been speculated the Americans finally got him, but this would, of course, require them to be invading, and he insisted they were doing no such thing.
