Jewel rose to popularity in the Halls for her role as Kaylee in the Joss Whedon series Firefly and the feature film Serenity. This newfound popularity led her to the semi-finals of the Battle of the Babes II and earned her the Babe of the Month honor for February '06, as well as the 2005 McCrea Award for Best Babe.
