Creation Matrix (member)

The original owner of the Creation Matrix website, CM was, naturally, one of its most active members in its early days. Known affectionately as the "Monarch of the Matrix", he gave the Halls a home on the web before the Halls grew into its own website, and it was he who first gave several of the current moderators their first positions of authority.

As his interest in Heroclix waned at the same time as the site's focus shifted more and more to online play of that game, Creation Matrix gradually became an increasingly less active member on his own site. Initially, he promoted a handful of his moderators to Sentinel status, a position equivalent to the modern Halls Guardians. The initial Sentinels were Slovman, Chaomancer Omega, K26dp, and Beetle and Elektra, who were given the status out of respect for their prior service though both were inactive by that time. The intent of promoting the three active Sentinels was to allow them to "police" the place while the owner himself was away. When the Halls split off and Slovman left, Thor665 was promoted to take his place.

Creation Matrix was a "Monarch in Absentia" for the better part of two years, keeping the site running out of loyalty and kindness to its citizens, but no longer interested in its daily affairs. After trying for more than a year to find someone else to take over the reins, he eventually handed ownership over to Lancelot after the Glitch in the Matrix.

Creation Matrix has sporadically dropped in on the Halls' new site, but has not become a regular poster.
