The self-professed greatest criminal mastermind in the world, Lex Luthor has been the constant arch-enemy of Superman. While he can't match Superman's physical strength or incredible powers, he uses his intellect to construct weapons and battlesuits to use against the Man of Steel. In the DC Comics, he was elected President of the United States, but was later impeached. He was a starting member of the Tower City Toads in the FUSUD, but was traded for Thing after three losses. He is also one of two fighters to be saved from forced retirement by a consensus reached by FUSUD team managers, the other was Captain Kirk. He was then picked up by the Twinkyville Cupcakes.
