Monty Python

A British comedy group made up of Eric Idle, John Cleese, Graham Chapman, Michael Palin, Terry Jones and Terry Gilliam. In 1969, the group created the TV show "Monty Python's Flying Circus," a sketch comedy show which ran until 1974. The group also created four movies, And Now For Something Completely Different, a feature-length collection of sketches, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Monty Python's Life of Brian, and Monty Python's The Meaning of Life. The group also toured live, and created several albums together. Some of their famous sketches include "The Lumberjack Song," "Spam," "The Spanish Inquisition," "Nudge, Nudge" and "Sit on My Face."
