Neato-Magneto

Neato-Magneto hasn't been seen in a long time, but he was once one of the more active Hallsians back in the Creation Matrix days, and in the early days of the new Halls site, where he frequently gave his opinion on the week's comics. We wish him well with whatever life throws his way.
