Palpatine

The main villain of the Star Wars saga, Palpatine used his political position as the Senator from Naboo and his connections as the Sith Lord Darth Sidious to gain the office of Supreme Chancellor and create a false civil war to throw the galaxy into chaos. He then declared himself Emperor, turned the Jedi Anakin Skywalker into the Sith Lord Darth Vader and seized complete control. He commissioned the creation of two Death Stars, but was defeated by the Rebel Alliance and eventually killed by his own apprentice.

He was the champion of the Battle of the Movie Villains.
