Phantom Oa Doom

Phantom Oa Doom was one of the original six fraternities on the University of the Halls campus. Its president and sole member was Mr. Flantastic. While the other small fraternities were shut down or consolidated, Phantom Oa Doom remained open as it was taken over by Slovgirl II, who used it as a launching point for her attack on the University during Zero Halls. Phantom Oa Doom was not rebuilt after the reconstruction of the University.
