The winner of the Battle to End All Battles I, Goat, also known as The Pimpin' Goat, was indeed totally pimpin'. However, his bid to win the second Battle to End All Battles II was ended by Lesbianism, who would go on to lose to the eventual champion, Orson Welles. Feeling betrayed by the Hallsians who had once so adored him, Goat apparently went into space where he hatched a scheme to overthrow the overseers of the Battle to End All Battles, the Celestial Referees.

Forging an alliance with Legend the Prairie Dog, Orson Welles, and an army of cactuars, Goat hijacked the USS Reliant and attacked the Battlestar Imbalance to force the Hallsians to start a Battle to End All Battles III as a diversionary tactic while the Goat's forces invaded the Celestial Referees' home planet. Their invasion was an overwhelming success, but came with an unexpected price. Now the Goat and his allies are the Celestial Referees, charged with maintaining order in a universe they had previously brought chaos to.

Despite all this, the Goat remains the same totally pimpin' mammal he's always been, letting Legend and his own overwhelming pimpness speak for him.
