Rise of the Phoenix Badge

Sometimes at the Halls, things get out of hand and people get killed. Either through an act of heroism and bravery or just their own monumental stupidity, a number of Hallsians have crossed over to the afterlife. But the recipients of this award have beaten the odds...and crossed back. Now, there are a few Hallsians who have made a habit of this, but the Rise of the Phoenix Badge only gets handed to them once.
