A Master Sergeant and counter intelligence agent in the ranks of G.I. Joe, Scarlett has seen plenty of front-line action in the fight against the terrorist organization Cobra. She is highly skilled at martial arts, and although she is proficient with most weapons, her weapon of choice is the crossbow.
She fought for the OH-Town Antlions in the FUSUD before being traded for Humphrey Bogart.
