As long as rings are available, Sonic can be a fabulous fighter. His speed and pointy hair make him a formidable opponent. His video games, however, do have the distinction of introducing the Chao to the world. But that wasn't held against him (much) while he fought for the Margarine Valley Buttercups in the FUSUD.
