Every September 29th is Sovereignty Day at the Halls of Hysteria, a celebration of our ancestors' victory over the Swiss army that secured Halls Isle's status as a sovereign nation. As part of the festivities, the Sovereignty Day Fishing Tournament is held at Darkhawk Lake to see which master angler can catch the most Swiss Fish without getting attacked by the lake's many violent dwellers. The winner is awarded this badge.
