Always playing second fiddle to Megatron, Starscream has been in the shadows of the Decepticon leader for quite some time. The popularity of the Transformers on the Halls landed him a spot in the Battle of the Bots, where he made it to the semi-finals.
Starscream was drafted for the FUSUD by the Jade City Dragons in the first season, and then cut loose under the Carryover Rule in the second season, which led to him being drafted by the Hollow's Point Giant Leprechauns.

The Transformers Classics Starscream figure is highly accurate in its portrayal of the cartoon character, and looks good in both robot and vehicle forms. Because of this and its high degree of articulation, it won the 2006 McCrea Award for Best Action Figure. The figure also appeared in Mystery Robot Theatre.
