Stovesword

Originally found embedded in a pedestal in Elektra Park, this mysterious sword resisted all attempts to retrieve it, much like the King Arthur myth. It was only Slovwoman who was finally able to yank the blade free as she set out to redeem herself following the events of Zero Halls. Strangely, Slovwoman claimed that the spirit of Stove inhabited the sword and that he could communicate with her. Most Hallsians doubted this assertion, but there was no doubting the sword's power. Slovwoman and the Stovesword were instrumental in defeating the chickenraptor menace.

Eventually, Stove's spirit was able to escape the confines of the Stovesword for brief periods, but it remained his mystical "home" until Mirror Slovman's attack left Slovwoman comatose and somehow transferred Stove's spirit into her body. Soon thereafter, the real Slovman used the Stovesword to kill his evil counterpart.

When Stove's spirit was finally removed from Slovwoman's body and he became a Celestial Referee, he once again imbued the Stovesword with great power, ensuring that Slovwoman would continue to charge into battle very well-armed.

While the Stovesword is most closely associated with Stove and Slovwoman, it has also become an easily-recognized symbol of the Halls, first adorning the forum sidepanel of the Watchmen, and most recently the Guardians.
