Once a almost good actor, Kevin Costner's career descended into the abyss after winning an Oscar for Dances with Wolves. As his career gets worse, Hallsians pick on him more. This, unfortunately, has made him hang around the Halls more often. The mere mention of his name, or the Costner Topic, brings him back from whatever failure he is currently filming. He has become almost as hated a figure as George Lucas. When on the Halls, he goes by the name The Costner and has immense power. He is known to be one of the Rogue Officials.
