Thor665
From HallsWiki
Thor665 is widely regarded as a Hallsian's Hallsian, always up for a good time, always willing to provide a laugh or a hearty "Forsooth!" Thor took the numeric part of his name as a joke on all the people on the internet who put 666 in their forum and chat handles as "the number of the beast"; Thor, of course, was "the neighbor of the beast". The other part of his name was often regarded as being taken from Marvel's Thor, or the original mythological figure; while this was partly true, it was also Thor's real first name.
Thor had many glorious moments in the history of the Halls. Thor first came to the attention of the Hallsians back on Tournament Island on Creation Matrix, where he spent some time gently harassing Fogs, first during Fogs's Faction Tournaments, and then later during Survivor: Tournament Island, where he found himself possessed by Benny, a living rock god. Thor's genial pestering of Fogs consisted of poking fun at his errors, and, oddly, a fetish involving Fogs in a Bunny Suit.
Thor also had a nemesis on Creation Matrix, in the form of the Magic 8-Ball. In the fall of 2003, Creation Matrix added a Magic 8-Ball feature to a subforum of the Halls. It took little time at all -- no later than November, in fact -- for Thor to issue a challenge to the 8-Ball to fight in a duel. Thor vs. The Magic 8-Ball was an epic battle, but in the end, Thor was defeated by the 8-Ball's superior treachery.
When the Halls became its own site, Thor came along with it, and soon fell victim to foul play of more than one sort. First he fell in with Captain Family Values, becoming the latest Lucky in a long line of sidekicks who were not, in fact, so lucky. Then he was slain by TheRidge, who was acting out the jealousy of Rick Jones. Though Thor would later resurrect, it is possible this may have had a permanent effect on his disposition towards other members, as treacherous thoughts would eventually surface....
In the meantime, however, Thor took up residence in the University of the Halls, where he introduced the lesson topic of Thor665's Stupidest Comic Characters Ever List, which highlighted some of the truly worst character ideas ever to hit the comics page. This thread also spun off into the parody creations Avengers Disassembled Disassembled and the unfinished Wolverine: Enemy of Common Sense. Thor also participated in the Lunatic Fighting League, not only winning the entire thing, but in addition, his match against Aaronc3477 won the McCrea Award for Best LFL Fight.
During the Lucas-Cylon War, Thor's dark nature finally surfaced, partially triggered due to ill-treatment from executive officer Fogs aboard the Battlestar Imbalance. He left the Battlestar, and took George Lucas up on an offer to switch sides, becoming a Dark Lord of the Sith. Thor waged war against his former teammates, leading to great destruction among the fleet until he was stopped by the Norris Cannon.
Thor's body has never been found, though the Hallsians have looked for their fallen friend. He came back to life once before, however, and it is the hope of all Hallsians that he will one day return again.
