The tumbleweed started out its life in the Halls as a simple icon used by Hallsians when there was little activity. However, the industrious Spikor soon realized that the tumbleweeds could be harvested and smoked as a drug. When a Vacant Warehouse opened up in the Midtowns, Spikor used it to grow his drug empire. Since Spikor's departure, the Halls have seen a drop in drug abuse problems, although the Vacent Warehouse is still open in Stovehaven, awaiting the return of the Halls' drug kingpin.
