USS Imbalance

The first space vessel to bear the name Imbalance, the USS Imbalance was an Ambassador Class vessel similar to the Enterprise-C of Star Trek fame. Captained by Slovman, the USS Imbalance initiated first contact with two races, the conservative all-male Celibans and the sexually aggressive Promisciians.

The Imbalance was nearly overrun and hijacked by clones of Evil Zombie Herve Villechaize during the Zero Halls event, but the clones were driven off with the help of DrQuinzel, former Slayer of the Halls. But soon after, Stove would crash the Imbalance in a desperate last-ditch effort to stop Sextant from destroying the Halls. Both Stove and the Imbalance were lost, but the day was indeed saved.

Almost a year later, when the Halls was threatened by George Lucas and his joint Empire-Cylon fleet, Slovman pulled in some favors and managed to acquire a fully-loaded battlestar. In honor of the original Ship of the Halls and the sacrifice made by Stove, the vessel was re-christened the Battlestar Imbalance.
