Zebra-12 is an especially violent zebra, with human hands grafted onto his forelegs so that he can hold human weapons. An agent working for Z-UNIT (the Zebraland equivilant of the CIA) and dedicated to the eradication of the "ostrich menace," he is skilled at stealth and proficiant with most weapons.
Zebra-12 came to the Halls just before the Chickenraptors began attacking Hallsians. He believed that the Chickenraptors were working with the ostriches, and so joined Slovwoman in her raid on them. He used to enjoy sneaking around the Halls without being seen, attacking random Hallsians, but has stopped that, apparently because of his respect for Slovman. He has also taken on other dangerous missions for the Tyrant, including (poorly) protecting the 2005 McCrea Awards and joining in the battle against the Mirror Slovman.
Zebra-12 was the winner in 2006 of the Best Fake Hallsian award. Currently, he fights in the FUSUD as a member of the Tower City Toads.
